Sirloin

Sirloin steak is a popular, flavorful, lean cut from the rear back of the cow, known for its bold, beefy taste and good value, making it ideal for grilling, broiling, or pan-searing. We have our sirloins cut into 8 oz portion size steaks called baseball sirloins which is a thick cut from the center of the top sirloin. This cut is similar to a filet but more affordable.
